6.1 Oddhabosay owns all intellectual property rights to the Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission from Oddhabosay.
7.1 You retain ownership of the content you submit to Oddhabosay but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
7.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

10.2 Oddhabosay does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oddaboshay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11.2 Oddhabosay’s total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Oddhabosay, if any.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oddhabosay, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
15.1 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC).
15.2 The arbitration shall be conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
